Thank you so much for giving me a crash course in law, finance, and insurance. I feel like I have a PhD now!
I can't tell you how much I appreciate your taking the time to educate me about wills, living trusts, tax laws, life and disability insurance, and other important issues. These are fairly complicated topics for a novice like me, but you explained it so well, I feel like I have a pretty good handle on it.

Dear Ken:
Usually I try to count my blessings at Thanksgiving, but this year I had to put it off until Christmas. I just wanted to thank you for being one of them.
Without encouragement from you in July, my situation would be far different, if at all. I still have my house. I have recovered much of my sense of humor. My girls are doing well. I give you a good deal of credit and shall be forever grateful.
